Incorporated on 22 April 2023 under Section 8 of the Companies Act, Kalpabata Foundation is a registered non-profit based in Bhubaneswar. Under the jurisdiction of RoC-Cuttack, the Foundation operates with a lean volunteer-driven model committed to maximum community impact.
With an authorised capital of ₹10 Lakhs and paid-up capital of ₹30,000, the Foundation maintains full compliance including active MCA filings, latest AGM on 30 September 2025 and balance sheet filed as of 31 March 2025.
